A little nervousness before a test is normal and can help you stay focused. However, with test anxiety, feelings of worry and self-doubt can interfere with your academic performance and lead to frustration. Performance anxiety can affect anyone, whether you are a elementary school student, a college student, or an employee who has to take tests for career advancement or certification. In this course student, will learn what anxiety is what causes it and several strategies for reducing test anxiety and increasing their academic performance.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will have mastered five principles that will increase their goal directed behavior in work, love and play. During this course students will practice a variety of strategies that cultivate the ability to maximize their effort, and enhance their ability to hit their target goals this year. This six-session coaching program spans six weeks. Six two hour sessions will be scheduled at a time and place agreed upon by the couple and coach. I will provide research-based tools to help each couple improve their relationship quality and satisfaction. I will provide psycho education, demonstrations, and coaching sessions that facilitate practicing and applying proven skills.
